If you have contributed financially to a granny flat or similar living arrangement, then we recommend you talk to Philip or Amanda about a Co-Owners Agreement. This covers everything from living expenses to your rights on sale of the freehold, particularly if you or your parent(s) have to migrate to a serviced facility such as a nursing home. This agreement removes a lot of worry for everyone involved.
