Mr Philip Roberts
Legal Practitioner Director, Senior Solicitor, Notary Public
Philip founded RobertsLaw in Mudgeeraba over 41 years ago and since that time has worked tirelessly within the Gold Coast community. As a Senior Solicitor, Philip has extensive experience in many practice areas including Commercial and Civil Litigation, Business Law, Succession Planning, and Conveyancing.
Philip uses his decades of experience to deliver commercial solutions for the firm’s clients no matter how complex the matter may seem.
Philip has held various roles within the community, including being a foundation member of the Mudgeeraba Chamber of Commerce. Philip is a past President of the Gold Coast District Law Association and was co-founder of the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice Centre, with the Dean of Law of Bond University. He was one of the founders of the Bond University Rugby Club in 1989. He was also a co-founder of the Mudgeeraba Rotary Club and Emmanuel College, Carrara. Philip served on the Board of King’s Christian College as Chairman for 8 years. Philip is also past President of the Gold Coast Bridge Club. Philip is currently the Deputy President of the Society of Notaries Queensland.
Ms Amanda Tomlinson

Amanda has more than 14 years’ experience as a Solicitor practicing in Family and Estate Law. As the Gold Coast Hinterland’s only Accredited Family Law Specialist, Amanda has assisted many clients from the local and wider community achieve the very best outcomes available to them.
Amanda provides a personal and tailored approach to all of her clients and, whilst she has a particular interest in complex Family Law property matters, she is dedicated to achieving equitable legal solutions in all facets of both Family and Estate Law.
After completing a dual Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, Amanda undertook a Post-Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2005.
Amanda currently serves on the Management Committee of the My Community Legal Inc and is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Queensland, Gold Coast District Law Association and the My Community Legal Inc.
Mrs Jacelyn Bristow

Jacelyn has experience in various areas of Property Law including the sale and purchase of property and businesses, leasehold agreements, property subdivisions, compulsory acquisition of land by government authorities; and property transfers (Queensland and New South Wales).
After completing a dual Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Human Movement Science in 2002, Jacelyn undertook a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology Brisbane and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia. Having previously practiced as a solicitor for 9 years, Jacelyn is returning to law after caring for her two children, as the Firm’s Business and Property Manager, but not currently as a practising Solicitor.
Mrs Kim Minogue
Kim completed her conveyancing studies in Brisbane and has practiced conveyancing for 13 years. She has a vast knowledge of A to Z conveyancing. Her knowledge and experience helps you feel at ease when completing the conveyancing experience. She is always available to answer your questions.
