Amanda Tomlinson

Amanda Tomlinson is a Managing Lawyer at RobertsLaw, having practiced with the firm for over 20 years. She is one of only two lawyers in Queensland formally recognised as an Accredited Specialist in both Family Law and Succession Law, offering expert guidance where family disputes and estate matters intersect.
Specialising in complex family law property matters, succession planning strategies, deceased estates, and family provision applications, Amanda provides practical, clear advice with professionalism and care. Known for her meticulous preparation and calm approach, she earns clients’ trust in managing sensitive and complex legal issues.
Amanda also contributes to the community through volunteer and leadership roles, including previously serving on the Management Committee of My Community Legal Inc for 7 years, reflecting her commitment to access to justice in family and succession law.
Sarah Moloo

Sarah Moloo is a paralegal at RobertsLaw, supporting clients in family law matters with a client-focused, detail-oriented approach. She assists senior lawyers with legal research, case analysis, and monitoring legislative developments, helping deliver accurate, practical advice for complex and sensitive cases.
An Excellence Scholar at Bond University, Sarah is completing her Bachelor of Laws (graduating August 2026) and volunteers as Student Editor of the Bond Law Journal and with the Bond Law Clinic.
Known for her diligence, professionalism, and genuine care, she is committed to developing her expertise and practical skills, preparing for admission in early 2027, while upholding the firm’s values of integrity, excellence, and community engagement.
Teresa Bearer

Teresa Bearer is a paralegal at RobertsLaw, providing expert support in estate administration, estate planning, and complex legal documentation. She brings a broad international perspective, with experience in criminal law, corporate administration, and international employment matters.
A lawyer registered with the Peruvian Bar Association; she began at Peru’s Office of the Public Prosecutor before moving to SLB in Dubai. There, she specialised in offshore corporate administration, governance, and cross-border compliance, later working as a Benefits Analyst managing global insurance programs.
Since relocating to Australia in 2024, Teresa has been pursuing a Master of International Law at Griffith University while assisting senior solicitors. She is known for her attention to detail and delivering reliable, professional legal support.
