Challenging a Will?

128[1]

The most common reasons why Wills are challenged are for:

“Testamentary Capacity” – the will-maker suffers from conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s or Motor Neurone Disease, for example;

“Lack of knowledge or approval” – the will-maker did not know or approve of everything they were signing;

“Under influence” – coercion by a house-keeper or relative living with the deceased.

If you would like to discuss this or any other issue for obtaining Probate, challenging Wills or making a financial claim, please make an appointment to see Philip or Amanda at our office.
