A Life Plan ?

Can Someone Who Isn't In The Will Remove An Executor

A Life Plan ?

A number of our clients who wish to make an enduring power of attorney (EPOA) sometimes struggle to work out who they should appoint, because of the multiple issues the attorney will have to deal with, when the person granting the EPOA, loses their capacity for independent decisions. Sometimes, too,  their preferred attorney is no longer available and have to choose someone who is not so familiar with their family history. To remedy this, Robertslaw have developed a powerful tool to help fill this gap. We can now provide a Life Plan (copyright) for our clients,  which helps address a lot of the tricky issues and takes the pressure off the attorney. Please see Amanda or Philip at our office to discuss how we can  help.
